- Product received was damaged or spoiled
- Wrong item was delivered

**To be eligible for a refund:**
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide unboxing video or clear photos as proof

**Non-Refundable:**
- Opened, consumed, or tampered products
- Delay caused by courier after dispatch
